            The Lady Dragons hosted the Lady Lions of Freed-Hardeman University for a volleyball match at J F Lane Gymnasium. The Lady Dragons fell in three sets (25-6, 25-13, 25-17) to the Lady Lions. The J F Lane Gymnasium hosted a large crowd (335) of students and supporters trying to energize the Lady Dragons to victory.   The Lady Dragons were led by Hunter Moore, Shannel Defoe, Tashara Jones, and Derricka Jackson with three-kills each. Jones and Breanna Smith collected a block shot each in the contest. Deizja Harris led the Lady Dragons collecting 11-digs in the contest.

            The Lady Dragons will be back in action on Thursday September 29 as they host the Lady Pioneers from Crowley's Ridge College. Tip-off from J F Lane Gymnasium is scheduled for 6 P.M.
