Box Score JACKSON, Tenn. (October 10, 2017) - Oakwood University held tough with the Lady Dragons volleyball squad for the first half of the first set. And that was about it, as Lane College showed their dominance on their own court, taking the match in straight sets 15-25, 16-25, 19-25 Tuesday night at JF Lane Gymnasium in Jackson.

AzaRae Underwood led all strikers with eight kills and 29 total attacks. Mariana Spencer finished with a game-high 12 assists and Jada Mitchell added 13 digs.

The Lady Dragons are back in action this weekend as they head to Mobile, Ala. to take part in the Western Cluster II matches. Lane will play its next home match on October 26 when they host Crowley's Ridge. Match time is set for 6 p.m.
