Koech claims second straight Runner of the Week award

ATLANTA, Ga. - Just a week after Cynthia Koech was named SIAC Runner of the Week for her performance at the Michael Pretorius Memorial, the Eldoret, Kenya native made it back-to-back when the SIAC office released the awards on Tuesday.

Koech earned a 1st place finish at the Topper Trails this past Saturday in Blue Mountain, Miss, finishing with a time of 19:15.66.

She paced the field and helped lead her team to a 3rd place finish overall.
