MEMPHIS, Tenn. (January 14, 2019) - Outscored for the first three quarters, the Lane College women used a blistering run over the final ten minutes that culminated with a buzzer-beating 3-pointer from lone senior Antrice McCoy to force extra time Saturday night in Memphis. Unfortunately, the energy was deflated in the final five minutes as the Lady Dragons fell to host Lemoyne-Owen College, 64-59.

McCoy led the Dragons with 21 points while Alexis Harris and Destiny Irvin, playing in her first game since rejoining the team, dropped in ten points a piece.

The Lady Dragons return to SIAC play this Saturday when they host Miles College at J. F. Lane Gymnasium. Tip off is set for 2 p.m.
