Lane uses late run put away Badgers

JACKSON, Tenn. – The Lane College men's basketball team hosted the Badgers of Spring Hill College on Saturday afternoon.
  • Trailing 65-60 with three minutes remaining, Lane went on a 10-1 run highlighted by a three pointer from Maximillion Bell to re-take the lead and ice the game
  • Justin Sylver had a season-high 20 points while also collecting seven rebounds
  • Bell and Tomonique Marion both scored 14 points for the Dragons
  • Lane dominated points in the paint, outscoring the visitors 40-26
  • The Dragons took care of the ball, committing only nine turnovers in the game while forcing 19 from SHC
Lane will host Tuskegee University on Monday, January 17th, at 4:00 PM.
