Jackson, Tenn. — Lane College sets date for the 2020 homecoming weekend so that fans can make travel arrangements.
On Thursday, the Dragons announced the date of their homecoming game. Lane will take on Albany State University on Oct. 10 at the New Lane Field, and that's when we'll be welcoming back all of its alumni to campus for homecoming.
Lane hasn't hosted Albany State for a homecoming game in the last decade. However, the Dragons have a 2-1 record at home, only losing the last home game by 7 points. This year Lane was close to knocking off NCAA Division 1 University of Arkansas-Pine Bluff 38-45.
This year's game is expected to be sold out; fans should plan to purchase their tickets as soon as they go on sale.
The Dragons made changes over the offseason, announcing Vyron Brown as the new Head Coach.
