Drury University takes win over Lady Dragons

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (January 10, 2018) - The Lady Dragons kept pace with with the host Drury University in the fourth period but the damage was already done as Lane College fell on the road, 93-63, Wednesday morning in Springfield, Mo.

Senior newcomer Chloe Roberts finished with a season-high and game-high 16 points in the loss.

Three other Lady Dragons finished in double figures with Rickera Martin (13) and both Antrice McCoy and Anissa May adding 10 points apiece.

The Lane College women's team is back in action this Saturday when they return to SIAC play as the opener of a double header against Spring Hill College at JF Lane Gymnasium. Tip off for the women's game is scheduled for 2 p.m. The men's game is to follow.
