PeeJay Jack

PeeJay Jack joined Lane College in 2024 as Quarterback Coach and Director of Football Operations bringing with him a wealth of experience and a proven track record of developing quarterbacks at every level of the game. Coach Jack has earned a strong national reputation through his work with Elite 11, the FBS Tropical Bowl, the FCS All-American Bowl, and the U.S. National Football Team, where he has mentored and prepared many of the country’s top quarterback prospects.

Coach Jack’s diverse coaching journey has taken him from the prep ranks all way to the professional level domestically and internationally. Coach Jack has also contributed his expertise to the NFL through the Bill Walsh Diversity Coaching Fellowship with the Jacksonville Jaguars. Jack also worked in a player development with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Additionally, he has served as Offensive Coordinator and Quarterback Coach with the Orlando Predators of the National Arena League. Jack has also coached and trained a multitude of athletes on the prep level in Florida.

Before transitioning fully into coaching Jack served as an Aerospace Engineering Technician at NASA where he was involved with building and testing equipment, conducting experiments, creating new models, and increase efficiency in products or systems.

On the collegiate level Jack played quarterback and wide receiver at Western Connecticut State University (NCAA) and went on to a professional career with stops including the Orlando Predators (AFL), Wichita Wild (Arena Football), Elancourt Templiers (France), Syracuse Soldiers (Arena Football), and River City Rage (Arena Football). These experiences have given him a broad understanding of high-level offensive systems and player development. Jack is known for building positive, disciplined, and high-performing quarterback rooms, emphasizing leadership, accountability, and football IQ. His recruiting and talent evaluation skills have helped identify and develop players capable of excelling at the next level.

A Florida native, Coach Jack graduated with honors from the University of Maine at Presque Isle with a degree in Political Science History and also studied Social Science at Pierpont Community and Technical College. He is married to Diane Jack, and together they have one son, Brandon. Coach Jack’s leadership, energy, and dedication make him a valuable asset to the Lane College football program.
