Lane's bats exploded in the second and fifth innings, run-ruling LeMoyne-Owen in just five frames. The Dragons poured on seven runs in the fifth, powered by RBI doubles from Halle Koger and Ja'Kai Ray, and a complete team effort at the plate with 13 hits. Morin shined in the circle and at the plate, throwing five innings of two-hit ball and going 2-for-4 with a double.

Phillips returned to the circle and delivered her second complete game of the series, scattering seven hits and allowing just one earned run.
