Andrews named SIAC Tennis Female Player of the Week

ATLANTA, Ga. (March 20, 2019) - Ashley Andrews was named Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) Women's Tennis Player of the Week, while Kurt Shiell (Spring Hill) earned Men's Tennis Player of the Week, released by the league office on Wednesday.

The junior from Birmingham, Alabama led Lane to a 9-0 win over Rust College last week. Andrews won her singles match 6-0, 6-0 and also teamed up for a win in doubles competition.
